Members of the Hospital at Home team are preparing to take on the Inflatables 5K Fun Run on 5 September, raising funds for Strathcarron Hospice.
The team, who provide care for frail patients in their own homes, work closely with Strathcarron Hospice to support individuals who require palliative care or are nearing the end of life. This close partnership helps ensure patients receive compassionate, person-centred care at every stage of their journey.
Taking part in the event offers a chance to give something back to a service that plays such a vital role across the Forth Valley area.
The team said they are delighted to support Strathcarron Hospice, which has delivered a gold standard of palliative care for over 45 years, supporting patients, families and communities across the region.
