It is with great sadness that we report the passing of 31 year Jolene Patrick on her daughter Emmeline’s first birthday. Jolene was a community psychiatric nurse based in the Older Adult Community Mental Health Service in Falkirk and a much-loved colleague. Her team walked alongside her during her cancer journey and many helped fundraise for her husband and baby girl as they embark on life without her.
Integrated Mental Health Team Manager Julia Ferrari said she had got to know Jolene over the past 18 months and her resolve and drive was an example to us all.
