Thanks to everyone who took part in the recent Step Together Walking Challenge.
A total of 99 teams with 534 staff from across NHS Forth Valley completed the 8 week walking challenge which took place from 18th Jan to 14th March 2021.
Details of the top three teams are listed below including first place Staph Steps who clocked up an amazing million steps in weeks 7 & 8. The 3 teams of 15 people walked 20,210,843 steps between them over the 8 weeks which equates to around 9,187 miles.
Every single team increased their steps week on week and many shared tips, stories and photos to help motivate and encourage colleagues. Our Pharmacy Department also deserve a special mention for submitting 9 separate teams with 45 staff and Lynne Rose was the team leader for all 9 teams.
