The Scottish Government is supporting a national campaign to encourage staff to speak up to help keep everyone safe at work.
The campaign focuses on non-patient facing areas which have been identified as areas of higher transmission risk (staff rooms, canteens, corridors, etc.) as it is recognised that staff may sometimes drop their guard when tired or when they are with trusted colleagues.
As part of the campaign a short film has been produced which shows three staff members (a nurse, a porter and a doctor) sharing their own message. The film reflects how hard everyone has been working but emphasises that we all need to do our bit to keep our colleagues safe when we are at work.
