Delighted to welcome local people back to the Forth Valley Healthy Hearts Club which recently restarted face-to-face classes after offering online support throughout the pandemic.
The club, which is based at the Peak sports centre in Stirling, provides an exercise and education programme for people living with heart disease (and their families) as well as valuable peer support. It works closely with our Cardiac Rehabilitation team and is a great example of collaborative working.
