The Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults at Falkirk Community Hospital recently said a sad farewell to a lovely colleague Elaine Houston who has worked for the NHS since she started as a student nurse in 1985, first in a ward role then, working in the community, where she excelled.
Elaine was well respected by staff and patients alike, always first in and last to leave the office.
Apart from her obvious professional skills she will be missed for her vibrant personality, glamorous outfits, amazing cake making skills and many a tale of celebrity encounters!
All her colleagues want to wish her a long happy retirement, so well deserved. She will be sorely missed.
