Congratulations to Lara Harley, a ward housekeeper in the Renal Unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, who received a Serco star ward after being nominated by a renal patient for her dedication and professionalism.
The patient, who undergoes dialysis three times a week, said Lara knows all the patients very well and is attentive to their individual needs and dietary requirements.
She was described as going above and beyond in her efforts to ensure renal patients are comfortable and well cared for.
