Staff in the clinical and acute assessment units at Forth Valley Royal Hospital want to sing the praises of two clinical support workers, Lorraine Hurran and Rosslyn Cooper from Infection Control.
They say they have given amazing support in all aspects of patient care, especially in highlighting infection control policies and spotting any infection control issues and how to manage them.
Not to mention the added bonus of soothing and distracting patients with their singing!
Their colleagues, who just want to say thank you, say they are always smiling, have a superb attitude and it is a pleasure to have them as part of the extended AAU and CAU team.
