The Primary Care Pharmacotherapy team and Prescribing Support team would like to congratulate to Sheryl Graham, Rachel Studders, Paul Wilson-Miles, Holly Baird, Nicholas Devonald and Kimberley Rae who have all completed their Pharmacy Technician course and are now fully qualified Pharmacy Technicians.
Kevin McGhee, Project Coordinator – Pharmacotherapy, Pharmacy Department, Forth Valley Royal Hospital, said: “This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to their hard work, dedication and determination over the past two years. We are excited to see you all grow and develop, and you will all be a massive asset to our ever-growing team!
“A special mention also goes to all those who have supported, guided and mentored the technicians through their course. Your professionalism and leadership has been a credit to yourselves, your teams and the wider organisation.
This is the first time that we have had pre-registration Pharmacy Technicians in Primary Care and it has been a huge success. Special thanks are due to staff from Right Medicine Pharmacies, Lyndsay & Gilmour Pharmacy and the pharmacy at Forth Valley Royal Hospital who supported students throughout their training programme.
