A little post pandemic cheer has been received by the gynaecology oncology team, thanks to the clothing company Scamp and Dude.

Earlier this year they launched their #Superscarf Mission to donate over 60,000 super scarves to women receiving chemotherapy and, as a further random act of kindness generously donated, a variety of underwear, over 200 sweatshirts, slippers and dressing gowns for the team to distribute to patients who are going through a hard time.

This generous donation has allowed us to give something extra to patients who are experiencing daunting times due to illness. The scarves are especially beneficial to our ladies receiving cancer treatments and the vibrant colours certainly bring a little mood boost. These items have been shared for patients across oncology, Maggie’s Forth Valley centre, the Children’s Ward, Ward 6 and the Willow team.

Staff were thrilled to receive the lovely items which will have a positive impact on their patients.
