Huge thanks to hub East Central Scotland who donated £5000 to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in memory of Jim Allan who sadly died in June 2023.
Members of Jim’s family, including his wife Marjorie, joined staff from hub East Central Scotland to present a cheque to staff from the ICU.
Although it has been a very difficult time for Jim’s family, Majorie was very grateful for the care given to her husband. Some of the money may be used to support the courtyard garden which ICU shares with the Women and Children’s Unit so that staff and patients can benefit.
