Staff involved in our International Recruitment programme held a Culture and Communication session for our recent international nurse recruits.
The aim of the session was to familiarise them with some Scottish dialect and colloquial sayings to aid communication. There was a simulation session followed by a debrief to clarify the learning outcomes we wanted to emphasise around communication.
