Shindy Kalsi, who works as a Clinical Support Worker in the Fracture Clinic and Plaster Room at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, completed the Alloa half marathon, cheered on by some of her workmates.
Colleagues also created a banner with many good luck messages to show their support.
