Neurology Nurse David Thomson, who is based at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, is inviting colleagues who may be interested in playing basketball to get in touch with him.
Earlier this year David went from coach potato to super spud when he took part in the Zen Run for the Scottish Huntington’s Association. Now he’s trying to get a staff basketball group together.
He says it would be open to everyone in Forth Valley working within the hospitals, health centres or anyone connected to the healthcare team. It would be mixed and open to all ages no matter what experience.
David is thinking initially of running sessions in the Falkirk or Larbert area and asks anyone who is interested to email him at david.thomson@nhs.scot
