Many members of staff across NHS Forth Valley are involved in the Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) Personal Development Review and Planning process and we are gathering feedback on how this is working for you
We have been conducting an online survey and members of staff have been invited to participate in Action Learning Groups. Some of the anonymised survey results will be shared to encourage further discussion about what we need to keep doing and what we need to start doing or to improve.
