Our Digital team recently hosted their first drop-in session at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, giving colleagues the opportunity to meet the team, put faces to names, and receive friendly, informal support with everyday digital tools and systems.
Throughout the event, staff attended with a wide range of queries- from help with logging on and exploring new digital skills, to seeking guidance on the Digital Innovation Request process.
It was also a great opportunity for colleagues across all areas, including prisons, mental health, wards, and community nursing, to have a chat and get advice from the team.
The Digital team aimed to resolve as many issues as possible on the day, with any outstanding queries being followed up afterwards.
A big thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by. Further drop-in sessions will be coming soon, including visits to other locations.
