With a silver level already achieved, NHS Forth Valley is working towards an Investors in People (IIP) ‘Gold’ award. Our assessment is spread over a three year period from 2016 and the Year 2 assessment will take place in June 2017 – exact dates have yet to be confirmed and further information will be available on the IIP pages of the staff intranet.
Our services in scope for the assessment are as follows:
The IIP Assessor, Lesley Banks, will meet with an agreed percentage of randomly selected members of staff from our Community Services Directorate, either one to one or in small groups, and ask about your experience in relation to how you feel/think NHS Forth Valley supports you in relation to achievement of the principles and indicators of the Investor in People Standard. Further information is available on the IIP website, however, some areas you may be asked about during your short, confidential discussion are:
