Highlighting Health and Safety – Competition Winners

More than 100 entries were received in a recent staff competition designed to raise awareness of health and safety at work.

Staff were asked to put on their thinking caps to spot potential hazards in a picture, come up with a new catchphrase to promote health and safety or suggest an improvement to highlight the importance of health and safety.

NHS Forth Valley has set out a three year plan to ensure that health and safety is high on everyone’s agenda – whether it be learning how to transfer patients correctly, tackling possible outbreaks of fire or making sure you are well versed in infection control.
