Thank you to all of you who have already been involved in the roll out of iMatter across NHS Forth Valley. The employee engagement and experience programme launched in March 2015 and we are well over the half way mark. Some teams are currently involved in the creation of their first Team Action Plans, others have yet to start and some of the early teams are now into year two.
