NHS Forth Valley currently uses a system called LearnPro for online learning and training however, following a review, there are plans to move to the national Turas Learn platform at the end of June 2022.
This move will bring a number of benefits including:
- A joined-up approach with our colleagues at NHS Education for Scotland
- Greater access for colleagues working in health and social care and the voluntary sector
- Single sign on for Turas Learn & Turas Appraisal
- Better functionality to create different training aids – not just eLearning
Managers will still be able access learning reports to help monitor training uptake.
