The Organisational Development (OD) team has developed a new employee induction portal to help support new and existing staff.
The portal aims to create a more consistent approach to induction for all staff, regardless of role and location, and help ensure staff are well informed and appropriately trained.
The portal covers 6 key areas:
Step 1 – Organisational welcome
Step 2 – Departmental/role orientation
Step 3 – Statutory and mandatory learning
Step 4 – Role specific mandatory learning
Step 5 – Health Care Support Worker induction workbook & code of conduct
Step 6 – Induction sign-off
The portal is hosted in the learning zone section of the staff intranet.
