New NHS Education for Scotland (NES) Personal Development Planning and Review (PDPR) video guides are now available on the Development Matters section of the staff intranet. PDPR is part of a continual process of planning, monitoring, assessment and support to help staff develop their capabilities and fulfill their potential.
