Congratulations to Nicola Riddell from our E Rostering Team who has been shortlisted for a Digital Leader of the Year Award at this year’s Health Service Journal Digital Awards.
As part of our ‘People Strategy’ NHS Forth Valley implemented an eRostering system, moving away from the previous manual allocation of shifts. The aim of the project was to make it easier for managers to ensure the right member of staff is working in the right place, at the right time, bringing benefits to patient care and roster improvements for staff.
NHS Forth Valley decided to partner with RLDatix and use their Allocate Optima and Loop systems to drive both culture change and transparency around the development and management of rosters, reduce the administrative burden and improve patient safety.
The Awards Ceremony takes place on Thursday 22nd June 2023 at Manchester Central Convention Complex.
