Would you like to become a trained Peer Supporter offering a listening ear to your colleagues? We are looking for volunteers to join a new network of Peer Supporters being developed across NHS Forth Valley.

As a Peer Supporter, you will offer confidential, informal one-to-one support to a colleague going through challenges at work or home, signposting them to other sources of help, if needed.

Staff in any role or service area can apply however you will be required to attend training, reflective practice sessions, and have time to hold supportive conversations with your colleagues so it is crucial that you have the support of your line manager.

To find out more and apply visit the Peer Support page on the Staff Intranet.

The Peer Support initiative is part of the Mental Health Pilot Project which aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of local staff.
