A number of events and fundraising activities took place at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and other sites to help raise money for Children in Need. The Keynotes community choir sang in the atrium and collected donations.
The Health Record team has been organising fundraising events for the past 14 years, raising more than £15,000.
Every year, they pick a different theme and this year’s theme was Dress-Up in a Movie. They also organised a raffle, collection tubs across the organisation and a number of challenges including:
- Guess how many sweets are in the jar
- Guess how many crisp packets are in the box
- Guess Pudsey’s birthday
- Manager’s dress up challenge
Their hard work paid off as this year’s total was £2031, the highest amount ever raised in one fundraising event.
The team would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who got involved, contributed, donated and participated for making it a really fun day and for helping to raise such an incredible amount of money for good causes.
If you missed the fun but would still like to donate, you can do so online via the team’s Just Giving page
