STOP PRESS – Money Still Available!

Some funds are still available to support the development of local food and growing projects.

Our Nutrition and Dietetic Health Improvement Team has grants available from £50 for smaller projects, up to £400 for larger projects.

They are particularly interested to hear from applicants who wish to develop remote or virtual cooking/growing projects, for example cooking at home, the development of a cook-along or growing at home. Support will be offered to each project by our team of Community Food Development Workers. The applications, which close shortly, will be assessed on an on-going basis.

Community Food Development Workers (CFDWs) are part of NHS Forth Valley’s Nutrition and Dietetic Health Improvement Team. They work with partners in local authorities and third sector organisations supporting food and growing activities within communities.

More information and application forms can be found on the NHS Forth Valley website or email fidelma.guest@nhs.scot.
