Tartan Tea Party Brings Ward B21 Together

67

Ward B21 was filled with warmth, colour and community spirit, as staff, patients and families came together for a special Tartan Tea Party in support of Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS).

The event proved to be a fantastic success, with colleagues and relatives generously contributing an array of homemade cakes and raffle prizes. The ward was buzzing throughout the day, with a great turnout from staff, patients and visitors, all keen to take part and support a good cause.

Thanks to this collective effort, the team raised an impressive £401.

The funds will go directly to CHSS, supporting the vital work they carry out across Scotland. Their resources are already making a difference within NHS Forth Valley, with CHSS providing information leaflets that are included in stroke packs for patients, helping to support recovery and provide reassurance at a crucial time.

Events like this not only raise valuable funds but also highlight the strong sense of community within our wards, bringing people together in a positive and meaningful way.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who donated, baked, organised and attended. Your generosity and support made the day such a success.
